Sanding & Refinishing

Sanding and refinishing involve sanding down the floor's uppermost layer and applying fresh stain and polyurethane over existing wood.
Installations

We perform every type of installation, including nail down (into plywood subfloor), glue down (good over concrete), and floating installations (over concrete, marble, or other hard surfaces). We'll handle any necessary repair before installation, such as leveling of subfloors, repairing or replacing existing subfloors. And we offer moldings to match and paint grade molding to blend in with walls or trim.
Repairs

You may have buckled floor planks due to water damage. We also replace them with the right wood species.
Epoxy

Epoxy Garage floors are tough to keep clean and dry. Grease, oils, solvents, or even wet spots from the water makes working here less than perfect. Upon applying a high gloss 100% solid epoxy floor, the floor is now a safe non-skid surface, safe from petroleum products, solvents, acids, and other household chemicals. Epoxy coatings last longer and wear better than concrete "floor paint" and other non-epoxy paint like applications: unlimited colors, designs, textures, and patterns.
Buffing and Waxing

Scrubbing will remove a couple of coats of wax that dirt has embedded into. Scrubbing is recommended when the floor is no longer responding to burnishing and/or spray buffing. Buffing wood floors removes minor scratches or scuffs and can also give your floor an attractive and lustrous shine that can last for years.
Maintenance

Over time, when your wood floors start to look a little dull, they can be renewed through recoating. This involves applying a new coat of wood floor finish to keep a nice shine.
